SunWest Realty - - MARK RAMUS - Nonpayment And Rental SCAMS Non payment for websites, non renewal of Cathy's website, Rental Discrimination, No ethics

Back in September I signed a contract with Cathy Ramus and Mark Ramus for development of 2 websites. 1 was Sunwestrealty.info and the other was Cathyramus.com. Our contract was for 5 years, with payments of $728 made every month until the contract was up.

Everything was up to date until August when I started not getting my payments.

I contacted Cathy Ramus of Sunwest Realty on August 12th and was told that unless I wanted to goto court that I was not getting any more money.

Cathy Ramus and her husband Mark Ramus both got on the phone that day and started calling me racial slurs against my ancestry and talking bad about my business saying that I do not provide any good work or services.

Now this brings me to the ethic problems with them.

During my time starting in September when I was starting to work with them, I was at the office of Sunwest Realty Las Vegas getting all the online documents scanned and ready to put up, I would overhear Mark Ramus and Cathy Ramus telling their staff to not send in HOA violations to renters, and to file false 5 day pay or quit's against renters that they did not like as people, just so these renters would not be able to live in any of their property's they manage.

I asked both Mark Ramus and Cathy Ramus about this and they told me to mind my own business and that I was here only to work on the website and get it up and running and that any business they have and ways they do it is up to them.

Now lets go back to this August. I brought this up to both Mark Ramus and Cathy Ramus and they told me that it does not matter and that they have the backing of most of the City of Las Vegas so that any court issue would be thrown out, just like Mark Ramus did while owning his C21 Franchise in California.

I warn anyone who will be doing business with Mark Ramus or Cathy Ramus to stay away.

I also with my iPhone recorded the calls in August and have put them on her website for everyone to hear.

I also have filed a complaint with the GLVAR and the State board, as well as with the N.A.R.

I have found out that Mark Ramus has been in trouble in Califorinia for sexual harassment and for 3 different ethics violations at the following dates:

Jan 21st 1988

March 12th 1993

July 6th 1995
