Neglectead services give me the run around Orlando florida

I was notified of a increase in my payments for the month of dec.

This was in aug; since then i have tryed to geta loan modification. Up to date, diffrent "agents" have instructead me on what to send.

Ived sent all info requierd and not a thing has happend!
Well dec. Is right around the corner and a 400.00 increase has occured.

I called ocwen and come to find out the info that i sent was miss representead!

They imputt the wrong info to the loan mod. Dept and the loan was not granted, im going to loose my home! I cant afford the 400.00 increase.

I explained this to the agent, and all he could say was resend the info! I will, but meanwhile they want there 400.00 increase and i just cant!
