Failure to honor contract

Following a really rude salesman found our house I named 24 hours later to complaim and was informed he was"release"and might we please enable anyone to come again. We did and authorized using the company. Work was to beginn in April and become done no later subsequently August. It has become Nov. 5th which is still not completed. We've had filthy Durashield put into the cellar, guard not positioned compled right down to the ground hence permitting flooding, crops which were adopted but in sources uncovered. Our problem is the fact that we're spending over $12000.00 for this work. We offered a deposit of $5760.00 and that I believe this agreement continues to be damaged from the organization simply because it's nicely into Nov but still not completed. I likewise have needed to pay attention to the dog owner observation at me for no cause and threaten to "draw his team and never complete the task". I've needed to cleanup once they abandon and never once has got the same team visited my house.
