Good service from To Keep It Clean

We received very good service from To Keep It Clean during our move-out. We were partially hesitant about hiring them to perform this task, due to their poor rating below. But then I was down the the last day and two other companies flaked on me. They arrived and the experience was professional. They explained to me, that they STILL refer their clients to this site. They seemed not to be bothered by the poor rating they received on here, since they ASK for the honest ratings of their customers. They cannot please everyone 100%, but they did me. They went on to tell me that if they stopped referring customers here, then they would be like all other companies out there in this industry. Hiding from angry clients. I see them headed in the right direction. Honesty for me is number 1 in my book. Please consider me a new loyal customer to To Keep It Clean. I am rating "above average", since this was a one-time experience. They showed up on time when others flaked on us. And they did an excellent job.
