Mark Adamczyk from http://www.ItsYourSale.com hired me (a programmer) to do some work on his site. Job went well, Mark Adamczyk said he thought the work was outstanding and that I did a great job.

After that email I didn't hear anything from him about paying me so I emailed him a few hours later and he didn't respond for 24 hours. He told me he had a family get together and wouldn't be near a computer to make payment, that he would do it when he got home. That never happened.

If I call him from my phone to ask when he will make a payment he does not answer. If I call from another phone, one in which I have never made a call from previously he answers, each time he says to give him ten minutes or so and he will make payment. He never does.

Now after three weeks he just ignores every call I make. I have left numerous messages on his voice mail for which he never returns.
