Joe Smith turned up to my home with his spouse and toddler child following the first planned salesperson determined he could not make it. (It's very important to observe that I had been informed from the operator's spouse who's a worker of Outstanding Floor the salesperson was possibly laying in my experience which he'd completed it previously). I had been amazed to determine Joe and his spouse appear having a child. I really like kids but with my pets, it designed for an extremely complex visit. Anyhow, we went with Outstanding since Joe guaranteed exemplary customer support and we thought the little guy ought to be provided a go. Child did we create a LARGE ERROR! We attempted to achieve Joe the night before installation to verify anything was established. We left messages but never obtained a call-back. The following day somebody eventually responded our phone after 9am. The repetition. About the other conclusion was rude and incredibly unprofessional. He informed us the contractors had another work to complete after which they'd be on the method but he could not provide us a period. I requested to talk to Joe and he explained 'Why do you want to talk to Joe?" "You don't have to talk to him." I discussed that Joe was the main one who offered us the task and that I desired to speak with him. He stayed abnoxious and rude and so I informed m to stop the task. Then he proceeded to express "Number, I'm not eliminating the task!' I sent Joe to inform him the purchase was ended. He sent me late morning and explained that I really couldnot due that.incidentally, I never closed a deal together. A few times later, I obtained a charge card in my own name and Outstanding Floor's title. I approached the financial institution of the credit card to discover that Joe/Outstanding Floor billed $3600.00 towards the card. The kicker is the fact that this cost was created before the installment was actually set-to be achieved.inCREDIBLE!!! Joe Smith is just a rip off performer! I've employed a lawyer and that I intend to create Joe Smith sorry to be the IDIOT he is.
