I rented out a North Highland Ave. Apt. From Steven Hickey commencing January 1. We had a signed 8 month agreement. 200$ was to be taken out of the required 1200$ deposit.in the contract it states that "Landlord will return deposit in a timely manner, before the 15th of the month after moving out..."
Steven Hickey agreed to pay us half of our deposit. $600.
The apartment was left in great condition.
He has yet to return deposit over 5 weeks later.
