Palmetto Pools installed a pool the wrong way in 2002. They never came back to fix the problem. They lied about the items that were to come with the pool. They placed the pool on top of roots.

After contacting them several times. They still didn't come back and fix the problem.

They submitted a bill to Equity One and now I am stuck with a bill that I never signed a contract for with Equity One. The owner told me that I would be making payments to Palmetto Pools upon the completion of the pool. The pool is still incomplete.

Now I have a lien aganist my property for a home equity loan from Equity One that I never signed for. Soon I'll probally be in court fighting this battle.

I just learned that Palmetto Pools have gone out of business. What can I do about this matter?
