Construction & Repair

Last January 2 we sent a check to Financial Procurement Center in order to secure a grant for renovating a home, adding solar and wind power. We did not actually submit the grant until March. However for the past few months we have been unable to reach the company and Ben Davis in order to check on the status of our grant.

The six month time period has run out in which we were either suppose to recieve a grant or get back the $343.00 dollars required to pay for proceesing. We have heard nothing and are unable to get through to the company.
The message we get when calling states that the phone company is unable to complete the call at this time, please call back later. However this message never changes no matter what time of day you call.

I can't express how this makes me feel. This was my only hope of owning my own home. My husband and I are in our fifties, we were willing to work very hard to remodel our mobil home ourselves, to add the solar and wind power to make our place more self sufficient and inable us to stay independent of our child.

To give something to our child instead of being a burdon to her. I don't know how many times I have helped others out to save their homes by making a necessary payment for them, and now when I thought it might be my turn. I just get ripped off.
