I'd my historical house decorated in Jan. Of July by Procraft Midatlantic. It cost me $17,850.00. The task was justified for 25 years against breaking, falling, damaging or mildewing. Significantly less than 24 months later, I've chips, breaks, rustic nailheads plus some of the caulk had dropped out. I've been calling the organization (today Liquid Exterior of Maryland, LLC) since March of 08 looking to get somebody out below to repair the issues. All I get is guarantees of return calls, however they never come. All I'm truly receiving is just a large run-around. The next phase is to prosecute for the whole quantity I settled them-so I will subsequently spend a TRUSTWORTHY organization to repair the chaos they created.
