Be aware of Platinum Condominium. While many of their apartments are empty and seem a good deal because of the view and prices, there is an unfortunate catch: Bad management! It is also the reason of some of their emptied properties.

The leasing office manager C. Is a liar with a very bad attitude once she has your money. She is very unethical. Do not expect platinum services! Whatever your Realtor or C. Tell you, this place is to be avoided like a plague.in all my years as a renter, it is the worst I ever experienced. It is truly not worth the drama and headache.
