Ripped off refused first claim

They refused first claim. Pump burned up on dishwasher. The crook/tech they sent out said one thing to my face and wrote another to the company. They look for any reason to refuse a claim. Said the dishwasher wasnt maintained properly. When I asked how to maintain a dish washer the company couldnt tell me. I canceled my contract with them. For what I paid in two months of fees and the $50 service fee I could have almost paid for a new dishwasher. Complete rip off.
