My wife was also ripped off by these crooks of nearly 20k in 2001."Discounted" Max and Neiman works with insanely high appraisal's from Juris E. Poruks and bi-monthly updates from Galerie concorde claiming her pieces showing up to 150% increase in value over a two year span. Of course during these "updates" singing her praises as a smart art investor she was urged to purchase more works.

Bottom line, five pieces worth maybe 2000 bucks on ebay...

These people and their "independent" appraiser Juris E. Poruks are crooks and need to be stopped now.
