Deryl Sweeney is the owner of Dormbuys.com, which should be known as dumb buys or dumb guys.

He is a liar, his few workers are liars, and they are all totally unprofessional.

Doing business with them is a complete hassle and returning something is like buying a house.

They make empty promises, then don't return phone calls or e-mails until legal measures are threatened. Then Deryl Sweeney makes up lies about me, the customer, and hurls accusations, etd. He actually had the nerve to voice complaints about me, as though I'm the rep of a company and HE'S the customer! Unbelievable!

Meantime, I have merchandise sitting in my house, accruing finance charges with other things on my credit card.

Had promised free return shipping and then lied about Fed Ex, the carrier company. Suddenly, they are up and running in my area (after hassling me and reading about my legal threats).

He said he was the supervisor of whatever.
He lied and did not inform me that he's the owner and there are only 3 employees to the whole organization.

The prices are total a ripoff.
If you research carefully, most things can be found elsewhere, it turns out!

This nut job religious fanatic sent me a raving lunatic letter complaining about me like I did something wrong and as though I insulted his religion in my first call to him. There had been no complaints at that time and he told me to get in touch with him with any questions or problems.

If he had any qualms about dealing with me, they were not voiced at the time. Of course not! He wanted to make a sale! I wish he would sail away!

I will never do business with this crazy lunatic business again.
I feel as though i have been violated or robbed or something!

HE'S DOING ME THE BIG FAVOR OF ALLOWING ME TO RETURN THE ITEM.
No apology for the shoddy service. Just complaints about me and a bad attitude!

Claimed that they were working on it! Oh, and that's the reason you would not return my calls?! Lied that Fed Ex was at fault, then magically they are up and running after I threaten legal action.

Very defensive attitude.
Too bad—you can't handle it, get out of the business world, which by the way, religion has no place in.

As it appears that the item will be allowed for return and credit, I don't need legal assistance at this time.
