Trashed and distroyed entire contents of our home, not willing to negotiate fairly to replace or fix anything!

This company moved us from New Jersey to Florida, did not inform us they were going to unload into their warehouse and then reload. They distroyed our bedroom, livingroom, kitchen, broke all our fragile and family heirloom items, lost items etc... We sent photographs, and tried to call the owner numerous times and were told they would give us $214.80 and that was all, unless we sent our items back to New Jersey for them to see.

They hire Russian immigrants who speak absolutely no engish. We are sick and disgusted over this and when we hired them our "Relocation Specialist" was Tom and he reassured us the company was wonderful and we would have no problems. Upon our pickup they would not load without being paid CASH and would not unload with CASH.
We cannot afford to hire an attorney, therefore, we are now with broken and damaged goods!!!
