Has not shipped my furniture when promised. Has not returned calls but they did cash my check

I received a letter dated on May 2 that my furniture would ship on June 2 via Motor Express. This letter was signed by a guy named MARK McCRACKEN President of CrateFurniture.com. I called their phone #'s listed: (804) 732-7445 and 1- (800) 627-5161 but have not received a call back once to my numerous inquiries regarding my furniture. I asked for my money back over a month ago and have not received a phone call or my $ back. This company has had numerous complaints against them according to the Richmond Better Business Bureau.
