Paid $4100 for Spa in March... Have not recieved

I purchased a spa off of Ebay in March. The company says to allow 60 days for shipping. Conveniently 60 days is also the cutoff to file a complaint with EBay or with my credit card. I have been given the same conflicting lies that others on this site have reported. I have just retained an attorney. Hopefully that will get me my money back.

I would be willing to join a class action suit against Ms Ioni Petrova at O2 Sports. Her lousy business practices have caused me much anguish and stress over the past 4 months. I am getting ready to deploy in about 6 weeks. If I do not get results by then, I guess I am just out my $4100. All I can hope for then is that fate will deal her the hand she deserves.
