July Yesterday (last year), when we rented to Evan Barns and his 2 friends Nate McNally and Dennis Schulz Evan seemed like a young man on lifes success path. He was outgoing, smart, stylish and had a good job working as the MIS Director for Shorewood Realtors or so he claimed. Something went wrong and Even snapped and turned into a provoker of terror.

Loud Banging on Floors
Allowing Water and Gas To Run All Night (they dont pay this bill)
Changing Lock Codes so Owner Could not get car out of parking lot
Destruction of Premium Property
Continued Parking Abuse
Non-Payment Of Rent
Excessive Parties, under age drinking, drug use and abuse
Verbal Abuse, Taunting, and Physical Threats
(just to name a few)

Some claim it is from his excessive use of Crack Cocaine, some say it is from losing his job, some say it is from him stealing Denniss possessions and selling them off at the pawn shop to buy more crack or replace the crack he lost or was stolen from him.

Who knows All I can do is warn you to NOT RENT TO EVAN BARNS. He will not pay the rent and abuse your tenants. He will lie, steal and berate you and your tenants. It was Evan who pointed out RIPPOFF.com to me today. I read what my x-wife had posted 2 years ago and posted a rebuttal. While doing so I thought. Hmmnn, maybe we should tell the world about EVAN BARNS.

Evan is a born leader. His roommate follows him and his behavior. Today while fixing their plumbing leak they poured RED KOOLAID on me from a deck above LBPD Police Report # 08-50421 this is considered battery.

Evan Barnes is young. Evan Barnes thinks he is above the law, that he is smarter and more powerful than everyone around him. When Evan Barnes finally falls he will fall hard. It is my sincere hope that when he does he rebounds, because I liked the old Evan Barnes.
