Wrong part sent Refused to exchange

I purchased part for refrigerator water filter based on the recommendations of the "Appliance Parts Specialist" website. When I attempted to install the water filter bypass it would not fit. I went to their website & discovered that the part they sent me didn't even match the original website picture.

When I contacted them they refused to exchange the part for the correct one due to 46 days having past. Do not use this company. They will only resolve disputes via e-mail. They will not even give me a real person that I can talk with.
