We had purchased a kirby and when we first bought it they had told us we had three days to cancel. So on the third day we called them to cancel. And they had told us we were not able to cancel over the phone. So we had asked if we could fax them the cancellation receipt they said it had to be hand delivered by 1200pm.

So we sent a telegraph. Then they came three days later to pick up the vacuum. I asked for my money they said i would recieve it three days later and i haven't seen anything. I called them they said it would be sent in 2-3 days.
