An in-stock item, the Delta Single Handle Stainless Steel Faucet SKU 198-SS was paid for on Tue, 13 May. Notification of completed sale and progression of transaction to shipping was sent at time of purchase with confirmation # 14575274.

A week later on Tue, 20 May at approximately 7:15 AM I received a phone call from a woman claiming to be from InsideStore.com. She stated that my order will not be sent, but her explanation was not believable. She said the item's price increased since my purchase was completed a week earlier and that is why someone at InsideStore.com decided to not send my purchase. I asked if this was a mistake and she agreed that this was an error by someone at InsideStore.com. She declined to provide the name of the person that told her to call to tell me the item would not be sent and I was unable to understand why a seemingly experienced merchant would operate this way.

I followed-up by sending two e-mails on Tue, 20 May requesting explanation and delivery. I did not receive a reply.
