Flushing problem

We have lived in this home for a total

Of 8 months. Recently on our return from Florida the toilet will not flush

Properly. A plunger is a must.

It is quiet embrassing when company

Is here and the toilet does not flush.

I also am getting tired of using the plunger. What can be done outside of getting another toilet?
