RUN AROUND Auburn

On 4-26-08 i went to lowes in auburn ny, and wanted to have them install 90 feet of chain link fence in my back yard. I paid the 35 dollars for the site plan.

On 4-28 or 4-29 08 the installer phoned me to ask when they could stop by to estimate the job. I told the lady [donna taylor}that i work nights she stated to me "hows 10 am wed. {4-30-08} sound" i said that would be great.

On wed. 4-30-08 after working all nite and getting home at 8 am i get woke up at 8:20 am by donna taylor the installers wife telling me they can't be at my house till later in the day aprox. 3 pm because of other estimates.{left msg. }i called them back and explained i work nites its 10 am or forget it i wouldn't be there at 3 pm. I called the auburn store and asked to speak to the store mgr.

The operator sent me to 5 differant people other than the store mgr. Before i finally spoke to him,
he was short and rude, stated " what do you want me to do about it" what do you want your money back or to find out why they can't be there.
