Michigan Relocation Services arrived to load my belongings and immediately changed their quote and increased it by $500. After weighing the load, they wanted to increase again by nearly $300. When I complained, they backed off on the additional cost.

We were told delivery would be 3 to 5 days. This is day 8. We have not been able to reach anyone at the company and they have not returned our phone calls. Here we sit in our new home with no furnishings. No pans to cook with and no dishes to eat from.

We also learned that the company, instead of placing a hold with our bank until delivery was made, ran the full amount through. They used a different company to make the transaction. Our only recourse was to dispute the charges with our bank as unauthorized payments.

This is the shadiest company we have ever dealt with.
