Green Pan Cookware RIP OFF! Double charging, will not return calls, product is defective!

After ordering this cookware seen on an infomercial, also on HSN network, I received it, and found that after using it for less than one month, it is no longer a
non stick, more like everything sticks! After several attempts to contact them, they sent me a prepaid label, and I returned item as instructed, and I find I am being double charged on two credit cards for an item I sent back! If you call them, there is a minimum wait every time of 40 minutes or more, and they never return your calls as they say!

Rip off is a nice way to describe this co.
