Sauna is less than 6 months old, wood is falling off, unit will not heat up but has power. Company does not return emails, messages or letters. Telephone often comes up not in service. When it actually rings it reaches a machine and no return call ever comes. Horrible customer service. When initially shipped it was three weeks late. The San Francisco BBB advises their mail is returned as "undeliverable'. DO NOT purchase anything from these scam artists!
