Almost 3 years to do small addition. Terrible workmanship, didn't follow plans. Doesn't complete projects. Ruined my house as well

Almost 3 years of construction to do a small addition. Foundation wrong, forgot to do plan showing that stairs took up space and now it is too small. Walls weren't taped well and have holes and bumps and lines. Ruined hardwood floors with equipment and scratched them, made holes in them, dented them. Paint job is awful and streaked. Ruined new oak stair case and banister with paint spilled all over things and then sanded down till not usable. Paint all over hardwood and can't be removed. Numerous holes and dents in house. Also, destroyed my house.

Removed sky lights and left me with lines and cracks in ceiling. Took all furniture from my family room 2 years ago out and put in my living room and dining room and I have been without all 3 rooms for all these years. Ruined my current homes siding. Doesn't come, doesn't call and doesn't care. Took my money and didn't complete the job. Doesn't know construction at all. He is a landscaper.
