TRS=TOTAL RIPOFF SALESMEN San Antonio Texas

I never authorized TRS (Home Furnishings through ASHLEY FURNITURE) to initiate "POINT OF SALE" rip offs via my DEBIT CARD! Never gave it to them, never would!!! Sure it's a second chance finance scheme and I entered it with a contract almost 2 yrs ago willingly, ;HOWEVER... Payments are either given to the company OR they are not! Not anywhere in the contract does it say that TRS can take money out of your bank account anytime they want! This company needs to be stopped from making ILLEGAL TRANSACTIONS! They can have the furniture back, I made sure my ATM card was cancelled, and now having my bank take action have been my recourse... I now feel complete by telling others to STAY AWAY FROM trs!!
