My husband and I invested much money to have our dream floor installed. Mr. Birchmore of Wayne Birchmore Painting and Remodeling promised excellent results.instead, we are devestated and experience sleepless nights over our having been taken advantage of emotionally and financially.

After the initial installation of our laminated floor, the workers Mr. Birchmore entrusted, left a complete disaster and did not caulk any of the openings such as the baseboard area, door jams, etc. We called him to let him know that the floor was extremely uneven and there was splitting as well. He sent the workers out a second time after observing the floor himself. He agreed that it needed to be repaired. Unfortunately, the workers spent many hours making it worse.

They worked on it for three days. It did not appear to us that any one of them really had any previous experience doing this type of work. When all was said and done, they asked for their check and left another disaster for my husband and I to clean up. It took an entire weekend of bending over caulking all areas they left exposed. The floor is still uneven and does not feel secure. It moves whenever you walk on it.

Not only has this been a horrible experience, but we anticipate that if we were to sell the home, we would have to spend double the amount already spent to repair the damages. We would never wish this on anyone else, so therefore, we chose to file this complaint online making other unsuspecting victims aware of Mr. Birchmores operation.
