This contractor will take your money and you will not be guaranteed to get a house built. He has no escrow accounts to manage homeowners money he spends it as soon as it comes in. We worked for this man for 11 years and he owes us money and will not pay us as well as almost all the other contractors. Now we are forced to file liens on the homeowners properties. The homeowners will have too pay twice because they chose a Hazlett Home.
