There is a company located in Cary NC by the name of New Start Investments, the website is www.newstarthome.com, what they do is work with a guy name Hugh Elliott he is a racist and con-man, he takes over 8,000 a piece from customers and then turns them over to his builder who is Warren Hickernell who is also a con-man in Sarasota Florida. If you google this builders name you will see that he has been the headliner for every newspaper in Sarasota Florida, but they take the customers money, this guy Hugh works out the basement of his home, and he needs to be stopped. Please help please help please help, the company telephone number is 1-800-573-6623, call and you will hear his ripoff pitch it is Real Estate Fraud he should be in jail he took money from this 82 year old woman, had her get money off her credit card and had her sign a authorization form.
