Fraud, Charging higher prices for natural gas

My mother signed a five-year contract with US Energy Saving Corp in November because she was promised that the cost of natural gas prices would remain low and not be raised. This was all a scam. My mother's gas bill every month has been $250 or higher. This past month her bill was around $350. My mother does not speak english or understand it very well and these door-to-door sales people took advantage of her. Now she is stuck for another two years in this contract having to pay these outrageous prices. I read today that Illinois Attorney General, Lisa Madigan has filed a lawsuit in the Cook County Circuit Court against US Engergy Savings Corp allegedly selling fix-gas rates using deceptive sales tactics that falsely promise savings. I hope that all the people that US Energy ripped off get retribution.
