Installed a defective countertop and refuses to fix the problem

I ordered a Travertine Countertop from HomeDepot Expo. The salesman asured us that it was a great choice and showed us samples of this beautiful shiny, smooth, flawfree material. So we chose Travertine to match the rest of our kitchen. It took them 3 weeks to finally set up a date to instal it which wasnt bad. So we surrivived 3 weeks with no kitchen while we waited for it to arrive. It arrived and was installed but unknown to anyone, It was full of tiny holes and pea sized holes. We didnt see these holes due to the thick layers of Travertine polishing dust everywhere on the surface. It wasnt until we washed off the countertop 4 or 5 times before all the dust came up and out of all the holes showing themselves.By then the installers have already left and of course it was signed off that it was installed. Yes that is their excuse for not fixing it, cause it was signed off that it was installed. HELLO, no one and not even the installer noticed that the holes were in it untill he came back to look at it. Well they tried to repair the holes as cheap as they could by melting a compound into it and that didnt work so they tried a Superglue type of substance instead. Well the superglue lasted a whole 10 minutes until they wiped the counter again and it popped right back out.

Well I called and called for them to come back out and finish the repairs and now they are just ignoring me. Today I called and someone from the #3 level customer service named Yavonne or Evon told me " Well I guess you just shoulndt have bought Travertine then if its full of holes". HELLO? It came from your store and its EXPO the elite HomeDepot store too. She hung up on me. Dont wory, I have the entire conversation on Video tape and speakerphone. Lol All I want is my money back, Its been almost 6 months now with no finished kitchen because of this undone countertop.By the way, when it was installed they also damaged my cabinets which are custom hand made too. They wont pay for the damages either saying that its in the contract that damages might accure.

What is wrong with HomeDepot Expo thinking that they can sell me a Expensive Travertine countertop and then have it arrive defective and then refuse to repair or refund it?

I just want my money back, I will take that money and hire a REAL honest company to come in and Rehone and Repolish the countertop after filling it with resin like it was supposed to have done from the start but HomeDepot Expo is too cheap to do.

Dont ever shop at HomeDepot or Expo. They will not give customer service but they will tell you lies lies lies!!!
