Awful company!

This is absolutely, without a doubt the MOST horrible company to do business with. Unfortunately, it is also a monopoly (how can that be allowed?!?!) as they are the ONLY gas provider in Houston. To be honest, I'm thinking of converting to no gas - since the price wars with the electric companies have started it may be worth it just to get away from these centerpointenergy clowns.
