Order Never Received

Ordered Lighting 4 weeks ago. I started email and phone call follow up one week ago. No one has answered my order status request. The phone message states that it may take two days to reply. Receipt stated to contact them if order was not received in three weeks.

Spoke to charge company and they said the charge was made first week of January. Charge was then credited to my account one week later and another charge for the same amount was made by another company Lighting Sensation on the same day.

I am not sure what to make of this but my experience is matching up with the other compliants on this board.

My advice is to use extreme caution when dealing with this company. Try to call them and see if you get a response. Think about the time it takes to get a response when placing an order. Then try to think about ever getting a response when you are trying to get information about an order or to get a refund for an order never sent.
