Everything sounded great when I found gourmet floors headed by Joseph A. Stabile and Justin Quintana posting their epoxy floors on craigslist. Their so-called pictures seemed to provide a great looking final product. They claimed to have insurance and be licensed... But it was a lie. The first of many.

They came to my apt and quoted me a total of $6,000 and later took my 33% deposit, after a couple of visits but literally doing nothing, they received the other 33% to "start working".

Justin Quintana later left the company or something and Joseph A. Stabile whose checks were made out to was very disrespectul and completelly irresponsable. Not only would he not show up to work when he would say, if he came he'd arrive minutes before 6pm when he knew the building did not allow noise to be made by contractors.

He "hired" a couple of brothers workers, one of them named Breck who had good intentions but were supposedly owed money by Stabile himself.

In total they all have come to my place for no more than 30 min at a time about 5 times. Needless to say the floors had seen no progress and no end. And found any excuse to not do the work, the moisture, the flatness of the concrete, bla bla bla

I had begged Joseph A. Stabile to come and work, even offered to pick him up at home since he did not have a car.

After several stressful episodes where they would be telling me on the phone "we are a couple of blocks away", and I would wait on the street for hr and a half!!! - They agreed to resolve the situation, and asked for more money since they needed to take a different route than the one agreed for whateve excuse - but even then - NO FLOORS AND NO MONEY LEFT.

Joseph A. Stabile is a thief and a lier and he even claims to be a genius but he is all talk (and a good one) and no walk. Don't be FOOLED. I am a single mother and have worked hard for my money and will not allow Joseph A. Stabile to run free and keep taking advantage of people.

Joseph A. Stabile... You have messed with the wrong person. Your new company, Elite Custom Designs LLC, which you opened in June when my agreement as well as at least 5 other clients were being ripped off by you, does not stand a chance. Pay up looser and live a meaningful and respectful life.
