All excited because I found a house

I have an ad up for a home for my kids and I and This is the 1st email I received from him.
Subject: I HAVE A PROPERTY I THINK I CAN HELP YOU OUT WITH

Hello i think i can help you with the house My name is Derick Tate. I come to the states often mostly for business purposes because i deal with local abrics, textiles and crafts from Asia. I market/sell these to some private and sometimes public clients. I bought a house late last year in Euless Dallas. I love it there because its peaceful and serene.

Am currently handling a family buisnees its a big hotel in Scotland i have to go back home and take care of the family business in Glasgow (Scotland) and i realised that it will be very difficult to supply goods to my clients again in the United states while am away and it will definitely cost me a lot to come over to receive payments cos they pay mostly in checks and money orders. So what i intend doing is that i am looking for some one to stay at my house and pay less. I don't want to sell the house cos i just bought it and. I am simply looking for someone that is honest and trustworthy and clean for two reasons ;
1. To maintain the house when i am away and,
2. To help me receive payments from my clients within the USA on my behalf in his/her name and have it cashed becausethey mostly pay checks and money orders, So they have the funds wired to me here in Glasgow or wherever i am at that moment. Just make use of MoneyGram Transfer/Western Union Money Transfer. You'll be paying little or nothing for the accommodation. Its just for the purpose of keeping my business going on in the United state. And if you want to keep this as a job let me know so i can allocate 5% on each payment that you receive that is if at all, you don't want live in the house.
The house is fully furnished if you want i can email you more pictures and if you are interested let me know It is a nice house. I told him I wanted the address of the house and he wanted my address but I said I have to see the house first and he send me

I told him it looks beautiful but i want to go look at it and asked again for the address
I never got an address so I didn't give out mine and next email I received was

Subject: Re: HAVE YOU RECIEVED PAYMENT VIA UPS YET?
How are you and your family? Hope fine, you aught to have gotten payment by now, please do let me know today so that i can instruct you further.
However, i shall be arriving the states by next week and i shall keep you posted as i have been so busy here with the hotel, i await your swift response soon today.

I then wrote: I haven't gotten a payment because I haven't gotten the address to the house yet or where the payments will be coming to the house or the post office?

Then he replied: Thanks for the update but according to the UPS tracking with me, the check has since been delivered to you since the 25th and here is the UPS tracking number:* * * * * * with a check of $3,200, please do call UPS and confirm where it was delivered to, i await your urgent response soon today so that i can instruct you further.

Now I did keep a copy of all of his emails and of this report and that tracking number was a real one but it didn't go to my address at all. The address I received when i called UPS was a non existing address according to yahoo maps. The UPS worker I just called said to take it up with who ever sent it to me... I even told her the problem and i was then told "I don't know what to tell ya"

Why is this "strictly prohibited" even put on the tracking orders???
