So much for Mr. Ross's rebuttle to the other complaints, as it now stands Mr. Ross and his bunch of merry thieves have ripped off all of their customers and left over 25 families with unfinished swiming pool construction projects, all the thieves from Outback have now signed on and work for for Complete Landscluptures, most people within the Pool industry know that Mr. Ross took all the money he collected from his Outback customers and invested it in Complete Landscluptures, they now advertise him as some type of design guru but the truth be known... All Mr. Ross does and ever did do was copy the designs of other people, and he was not very good at that. Mr. Ross is such a low life scum bag thief that he is allowing his ex book keeper, Faun Munro, to take the fall and blame for several thousand dollars in hot checks to sub contractors and vendors, she is now pending indictment for Mr. Ross's hot checks. If you have any information regarding any crime committed by Mr. Ross or just want to report him please call the Denton Texas District Attorney's Office and ask for Brian Wolf, Investigator, Special Crimes Unit, he is handling some matters regarding Outback and Complete Landscluptures and the hot checks.

All the guys working for Gary helped him to pull off this con/scame, Aaron, Neil, Faun, and others. Mr. Ross opened up a bank account at Chase Bank and all the funds he collected from his customers to steal he placed into this account, he is now living oiut of this account.
Mr. Ross claims that it was some disgruntled ex employee that wrote the other rip off reports, not true, I also used to work for Outback and all the stories being told are true, Mr. Ross was also cutting corners on quality, he was telling his customers they were getting a cement shell for their pool that was made of "shotcrete" and it was actually made from a less expensive cement called "gunite'.

Mr. Ross has even been thrown out of his own church congregation for violations of sexual & moral standards. It was always common knowledge around the office at Outback Design that Mr. Ross spent most of his time on his computer on porno websites.

I would advise you to RUN!!! If you find yourself face to face with Mr. Ross and his merry band of rogues, the next company to beware of is this Complete landscluptures, if Mr. Ross does not own part of it the fact that they would associate themselves with this band of thieves says it all. If you lay with a dog you are bound to get flees!!!
