Similar to all the other posts on this company, I am out $300 dollars I have received NO cushions I have called the company several times... To talk to their answering machine I have received several automated calls back with b.S. About my order status. And so on and so forth... You know the drill, I'm sure! I would suggest all the others who were "ripped off" visit the Virginia Attorney General website (following the steps below) with your complaints. Maybe there will be strength in numbers to get this company the attention they deserve. Website: oag. State. Just received a response from my report to the BBB - the company supposedly willing to refund money in the order it was received... I'm not holding my breath, they probably don't have enough to go around!
