I also had problems with this company. Once signed on as a partner, had very little contact with anybody for about a whole month. Said they would charge me one price, but than more showed up on credit card. They claimed to provide all the leads, but nothing ever showed up. They than asked me to mail them my local paper, and than a few showed up. This is a lot harder and more time consuming than they make it out to be. I personally think this whole real estate flipping business is one big scam. Everybody is just selling there own programs on how to do it. When I tried to do it I went bankrupt.

It took a year to sell my houses. I have nothing to show for it and I still owe my creditors close to $200,000.00 and half my 401k money is gone. I would love to get my money back from all of these people, I am sure it won't hurt there pocket book any. They just kept on charging my card until it wouldn't accept the charges anymore.
