Crooked builder, stole appliances and padded his costs

Russel Burton was to build a spec home as an investment. He went over budget by 50%, never completed the job, removed appliances for his own use. Use insisted on using 1st United bank to close the loan and ended up hiring the crooked loan officier into his own company. The loan officier lied to us about fees and approved all of Burton's bank draws. We had to sell the home for a massive loss while Burton was paid by the bank.
