Two Point Enterrpise
Took my money, Delayed my order, lost my emails, shorted me on product, and called ME a thief!

As a safety Manager for a international company, I sometimes provide small incentives or recognition gifts for jobs well done.in this instance I opted to purchase a number of multi-tool pliers after the safe and successfull completion of maintenance turn around.

I contacted TWO POINT ENTERPRISE and inquired into th epurchase of a great product from Gerber (the tools, not the babyfood). The gentleman I talked to at Two Point Enterprise "Dennis" was happy to take my order. I ordered thirty (30) sets of a multi-tool plier, each complete with its own toolkit. I also ordered engraving on each tool, and included the jpeg of the logo I wanted engraved. I paid by credit card an ammount over two thousand US dollars. I was promised a quick turnaround, and delivery within days.

Three weeks latter I was contacted by "Dennis" who asked me if I could send out the logo! I forworded the email on which he had told me "Thanks for the logo, that will look great on these tools!" And asked Dennis what the problem was. He said: "I lost it".

Two weeks after that I again contact Dennis who told me everything was sent. Shortly afterwords, I was delivered the much anticipated box. I gathered a few engineers and managers who were getting coffee in teh lunchroom, and eagerly tore open the package. Which contained only 20.. TWENTY sets of pliers, and NO toolkits! I had the count verrified by the others in the room, and then contacted Dennis.

Dennis told me they did infact forget the toolkits, and would send them out "today" but that all 30 pairs of pliers were sent.

The toolkits never arrived. Two point Enterprise has implied that I am trying to rip THEM off. Further to that they are keeping my "threats" on file should they be "needed at a latter date". My "threats" consisted of reporting this conduct to the BBB, Two Point Management, and Gerber tools. As well as my own personal contacts within the petro chemical industry.

Dennis has advised me to go ahead and do whatever I want, and essentially said that the company has no interest in resolving this issue.

I am short over $600.00 in product. I cant get it back, but I can make sure NOBODY in my business makes the same mistake I did. This is not the first report in here on these guys. Dont be a victim.
