They ripped me off and blantantly lied about a real estate investment that never really exsisted

Myself and 5 other investors invested in the molakai project. We were each told that we put a intial amount of 15,000.00 up front and then we would get 30.000.00 back plus are intial investment. We wired a transfer to the account Jolee set up. Then we got wire transfer paperwork but nothing to show ownership of the deed of property.
The property was a deed of land that we would purchase for 15,000.00 from the state and then in turn the state would find suitable locals to buy the land and we would get 30.000.00. The deal was supposed to be done and all monies distributed by July 15.

June 15 came along and we were given a false promise that the money would be wired to us early. That date came along and went as well as July 15.
Meanwhile she kept giving me false promises along with her associate Sueann. They both knew I was deploying to Balad Iraq with the military and they kept up the lies all the way until I left in August. The e-mails stopped at the end of August probably because she knew I wasn't going to be in country.

I am returning soon and I would like help in this matter. This has hurt me financially, I am possibly looking to go in with 3 maybe four other investors to sue her or to file with the Federal Trade commssion. I went to serve my country including her and this is how I get repayed!
