Beware!!! Please be careful when dealing with this man. He promises everything to you and will not honor his obligations when something is wrong with the home.
Asks for a big down payment promising financing at the end of a year most 3 years knowing that you cannot get deceit interest rate.

We moved because he would not repair certain items in the house and now he is sueing us for 2300.00 for items that he should of repaired himself.
(sent to collection agency without notification to us) and then we were (served a judgement to go to court). He also called the police on me for taking my own flowers and mailbox.

He prays on people with problem credit promises them to build a home for them then he will not live up to his part of the contract. Please have an attorney look at his lease - it is at least 20 pages long!!!
This man is the biggest crook we had a credit of $547.47 for propane and he interfear and we still have not received our refund yet. He thinks he is above the law with his lease and his tactics. We have been to court once and all he does is lie.

Do not deal with unless you want to be taken to court!!!
