Ripped Off

My daughter bought me a coleman cordless circular saw and drill last year for Christmas. It has never worked. I e-mailed them a couple of times and today when I tried going to ther web site, I get an error.
I tried calling them on their 800 number and it always rings busy. Now I am reading that other people are having the same problems. I wish I had known this before. I would have taken it back to the store right away and gotten a different brand.
I thought Coleman was a name you could trust. I was wrong.
