I've two models of Citadel gates. I've been attempting to contact the organization for 6 months to buy replacement pieces. They place you on-hold by telephone for good, nor react to Emails. An extremely sorry organization, used to do not purchase these gates originaly and wouldn't purchase something from their store actually after my existing knowledge. I've only discovered that two of the components for that sliding-door locks aren't actually availible anymore plus they are only 9 yrs old.
