Huge Overcharge

I ordered a part for my Sub Zero refigerator thinking it would be fast and easy but the people here do not know what they are looking for in pars. We had 3 emails/phone calls to clrify the part and then it came wrong. When I called the local parts store it was only $21.01 vs. The $156.94 they charged. It also said there was a 35% restoking on returns so I have canceled the charge via my bank.
DO not deal with these people. They are rip-off artists!
