Home Access USA is a Scam. You are better off opening your window and throwing your money out. At least if you go outside to look for it your chances will be better at getting it back. After several attempts on trying to get my money back and being told it would be refunded in a year. I kept calling to dispute this leaving messages with no replies, sending emails and receiving no answers I finally received an email that says "We can no longer cancel you at this time. You have agreed to our terms and conditions and have also exceeded the 24 hour cancellation. Please refer to Terms on the Home Access website. What I want to know is what happened to the 100%Money Back Guarantee. People do not be victimized by HomeAccessUSA and they even have the nerve to disgrace the USA by putting it's name in their Title. I will no longer be scammed.
