Refused to pay rent that was agreed upon by a signed lease contract

Automatic Industries supplies washers and dryers in our 5 buildings in NYC. The lease contract stated that they would pay us a set amount each month. The last 3 months of the contract, they just stopped paying. We had already decided not to renew the contract since we were going to install our own washers and dryers. They owe us a total of $6,446.62 for May, June and July rent. Denise Savino is the VP and she won't call anyone back. We have sent invoices, faxed invoices and left many messages. We just get ignored. I have contacted my attorney and sent the account to a collection agency. I just wanted to report how horrible a company they are.
