Rip off just after 2 months of purchase of a leather sectional

Construction & Repair

On June 10th we bought a brand new leather sectional from furniture outlet OC 11230 Talbert ave fountain valley ca 92708 for $1600. We received a warranty card from Coaster the manufacturer for 2 years plus one year waranty that covers the stitching. Just after 2 months of purchase on September 4th we noticed the seams (stitches) from the armrest coming off and the sponge inside is popping up. We called the company and spoke to one named Aundrey who said will be giving a call after taking our phone number. After 2 days of receiving no call from him, we called him and left voicemessages. We called the manufacturer cosater who claimed that they are liable because their company is not open to public and it is the contract between the dealer and the manufacturer and only the dealer can replace them. After so many attempts on september 12th we spoke to the dealer and he said they dont have anything in stock and they cannot replace or refund the money. They are not afraid of any legal action against them and said we can do whatever we want. Plase help us.
